Note:One Author, Indian/Foreign (Academia/Industry), can register the second paper with 50% of the registration fees for inclusion in the conference proceedings. A separate registration must be completed for each additional paper beyond the first two.
Submissions must adhere to the IEEE Standard double-column format for A4 size paper. Authors may use either of the two officially supported formats below.

Format A
Doc Format
Microsoft Word template for IEEE A4 double-column paper format. Ideal for authors who prefer a word processor environment. Includes pre-configured styles for headings, body text, captions, and references.
Format B
LaTeX Format
Official IEEE LaTeX template package for A4 double-column format. Recommended for technical and scientific papers. The zip archive contains the .tex source, style files, and a sample bibliography.
Note:The final submission must be in PDF format regardless of which template is used. Ensure all fonts are embedded before uploading to the CMT portal.
ADSoC 6.0 utilizes the Microsoft CMT platform for all technical submissions and the rigorous peer-review process.
Double-Blind Protocol
To maintain high academic integrity, all submissions must be anonymous. Remove author names, affiliations, and explicit self-references from the PDF document.
Originality Audit
Papers are scanned for plagiarism. Similarity index must be below 20%. Submissions must not be concurrently under review elsewhere.
